Nolan's College Long Snappers of the Year were announced on Thursday and Lake Forest College's Tucker Gill earned the honor for Division II/III/NAIA.

Gill has been the Foresters' primary snapper for field goals, extra points, and punts during his two years at the College. The sophomore has also spent time on the offensive line and started at guard in the season finale.

To be considered for the award, a player must have worked with Nolan Owen of Nolan's Long Snapping at any point during his career and be the starting long snapper for a college football program. Two winners were selected, one from Division I FBS/FCS and one from Division II/III/NAIA, by a panel of five former college long snappers. They narrowed each of the two lists of nominees to eight quarterfinalists on November 24 and picked four semifinalists from each division on December 4. Selection criteria included playing time, season performance, achievements, level of play, and fan votes.
