After an historic year in athletic competition, Lake Forest College teams added yet another school record by earning the most Academic All-Midwest Conference awards in school history. The league announced the 2014-15 Academic All-MWC honorees on Tuesday.
With two new varsity programs, three conference titles, five teams placing in NCAA Division III play, another sweep of the national handball titles, and a school record number of victories, 2014-15 was an extremely successful year for Forester Athletics.

A 15-yard interception return for a touchdown by sophomore defensive lineman Brendan Power gave the Foresters a 24-14 advantage in the fourth quarter but they were unable to hold on to the lead.
