The Midwest Conference issued its weekly releases for football and soccer on Monday and did same for volleyball, women's tennis, and cross country on Tuesday. Highlighting this week's releases for Lake Forest was sophomore volleyball player Cori Cooper being selected as the league's Performer of the Week.
