Kelsey Carter

Kelsey Carter joined the Forester Athletic Department staff in January of 2020 and serves as a marketing and program coordinator.

Carter came to the College after nearly three years with the Bowie Baysox, a minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles located in Bowie, Maryland. After a short stint as a marketing assistant, she became the club's community programs and marketing manager in October of 2017. While with the Baysox Carter was involved with game day production, social media marketing, community outreach efforts, and many other team initiatives.

Prior to joining the Baysox, Carter served as the head swim coach for three years at Elizabeth Seton High School in Bladensburg, Maryland. While at Seton, she led the Roadrunners to a conference title and was named Prince George’s County Gazette Swim Coach of the Year.

No stranger to NCAA Division III athletics, Carter was a four-year letter winner for the Millikin University (Decatur, Illinois) swimming and diving team and graduated with a degree in athletic training in 2014. She also earned a master's degree in sports management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017.
