The Lake Forest College Department of Athletics recently released the 2023 fall sports schedules on goforesters.com.
Starting things off will be women's tennis at the North Central Invitational on Saturday, August 26.
The women's and men's golf teams will play in events in Wisconsin and volleyball will take part in a tournament at Benedictine University the first two days of September. Men's soccer also gets started on September 1 with the first of two games at Colorado College and cross country will be off and running at the Elmhurst Earlybird Invitational.
The first home contest of the fall will be a women's soccer game against Concordia University Wisconsin on September 2 and football will kick off its 2023 season at Wisconsin Lutheran College that night.
Playing an abbreviated fall schedule, the men's tennis team will begin the year at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater's Warhawk Fall Invitational September 8-9.
Football and women's tennis will start Midwest Conference play on September 9, both soccer teams two weeks later, and volleyball on the final day of the month.
A St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship will be decided in women's golf in Metamora, Illinois, October 8-10 and women's tennis will be in Madison, Wisconsin, to compete in the MWC Team Tournament on Friday, October 13, and MWC Individual Tournaments over the weekend.
Grinnell College will host the MWC Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 28.
MWC Tournaments in women's and men's soccer will take place November 3-4 and in volleyball a week later. Those events will take place on the campuses of the respective regular season champions.
Football will close out the regular season on November 11.
Conference competition for men's tennis and golf will take place in the spring.
