Jacqueline Chapman is from Chicago, Illinois, and she ran for the Forester track team for three years. She also earned four varsity letters in cross country.

Chapman currently holds a share of the school records in the indoor 4x400m (4:24.18) and sprint medley (4:44.65) relays. She and three teammates also rank second in program history in the distance medley relay (14:00.57).

For the outdoor side of the sport, Chapman is ranked fourth in team annals for the 400m (1:09.12).

She will graduate with a degree in communication.

Jessica Heard hails from Zion, Illinois. This season was her first on the track team, and her first with an athletic program at Lake Forest College.

Heard ran in seven meets in the Spring of 2020 semester, including the Midwest Conference Indoor Championships at the end of February, where she finished 24th overall in the 800m.

In addition to being part of the track team, Heard was a member of the College's women's choir and worked in the theater department.

Heard is a biology and education double major and will continue at Lake Forest in the fall to pursue her master's in teaching.

Next Thursday will be the last week we will be highlighting spring sport seniors and their accomplishments in their respective sports at Lake Forest College in lieu of our usual Forester Athlete of the Week.
