Forester Family Mourns the Loss of Paula Dau '58

One of Lake Forest College's most adored Foresters, Paula J. Dau '58, wife of head handball and assistant football coach Mike Dau '58, passed away peacefully at her home on November 11, 2016.

Paula was an incredibly special part of the Forester community. In fact, she just recently received the F.A.N. Club Impact Award on Homecoming weekend for her most loyal support and dedication to Forester Athletics, the College, and the Lake Forest College community. Memories of Paula from the Pep Rally, Athletic Recognition Ceremony, and halftime presentation on the football field can be found here Homecoming Photo Gallery.

Paula is the beloved wife of Coach Dau; loving mother of Lisa (Ted) Pierce, David (Mary Claire) Norstrom, Perry Dau and Dawn Dau; cherished grandmother of Rick, Caroline and David Pierce, Erik and Grant Norstrom, and Perry Michael and Brandon Dau.
